One of the most "*****" companies I have came across in my life.

An agent of ViaTek called my in February 2017 to sell a Samsung black and white cartridge to me of an amount of R2200 inclusive of vat and promise me it is an extended cartridge and I will have 3x more use of this cartridge than a normal cartridge. ViaTek deliver through a courier company so for me it was convenient although I usually pay around R600 for the same catridge at catridge depot and it lasted for month and a half where ViaTek's catridge lasted for 3 months. So for me Viatek is still a bit pricey, because I would have paid R1200 at Cartridge depot for the same. In May 2017 ViaTek call me again and I confirm they can send me a catridge, but this time around they send me two cartridges and I have to pay now R4215,72. We have only a small business so I didn't budget now to pay for 2 cartridges at once and I send them a email to confirm that I am very disappointed. Viatek call me again in October and I told them I dont want to order from them, cartridge depot is a lot cheaper. Today on 4th December a consultant from ViaTek called me with utterly shocking news, according to ViaTek they offer a 25% discount on their catridges BUT you need to buy a whole batch of orders that will get delivered through the year. The lady on the phone told me there is still a big order left of my purchase and I need to buy all of the catridges untill the order is paid in full or I have to pay the 25% discount that was given to me back to ViaTek. I said WHAT, is this a **** or what I bought 3 cartridges from ViatTek and I paid that in full. I have a right as a consumer and I will not be forced to buy anything from ViaTek. I didnt sign a contract with ViaTek or what so ever I am free to make my own decisions from whom I buy catridges. I cant believe on top of that outrageously price per cartridge according to them they give 25% discount. No where on the invoice said anything about 25% discount or that there are a big pile of orders left that I still need to pay for. I got only 3 word, "Viatek outrageously *****".
