My blood is boiling

I'm tired of being harassed by this company. Like all the other reviews here - all true and similar to my experience. One buys one toner cartridge to test and before you know it they say you have ordered 10 - what do I need 10 cartridges for? Then they continue to lie about how many you have received and want to you get more - before they will close the account. I have 2 letters saying the account is closed and they still bully me saying that the order is not filled and the account is open.
