HARRASMENT
VIATEK called me to try cartridges .if I was happy I could pay. never received the cartridge. harassment call started for payment. few days later I received a message the parcel was delivered down the road. I notified viatek by this time my head office was called 5times n day. they said they will not do business with this company. I called in to notify them I am returning this lady answered the call said its fine. on Monday a lady called me very apologetic at first and then stared to be arrogant . I will return this .id not order this . BAD SERVICE NO CUSTOMER CARE

If you could then please supply us with the delivery not number or invoice number, you can also supply us with the waybill number from the courier that delivered the stock to you.
Unfortunately I will need either of the numbers or your company name before Viatek will be able to assist you.
