HARASSMENT AND DUBIOUS BUSINESS PRACTICE

VIATEK (it had a different name then) sold me ONE cartridge years ago. The cartridge broke inside the copier. Then they harassed me for more than a year to tell me that I had bought 3 cartridges in bulk and I had 2 outstanding to be delivered at a later stage (false) and had to pay the balance to complete the order. <br> They kept calling to demand payment for something I didn't order. Once they called when I happened to need cartridges so I \completed"the **** order of 3. We agreed that there were no items nor money outstanding after that and I thought that was the end of it.<br> I was wrong. An agent called me today to tell me that I had in fact ordered FOUR cartridges and not three. They want me to pay and they will deliver. She would not acknowledge what I had to say and kept mentioning 4 items.<br> They have other phone numbers listed under Telkom to get hold of me. NOBODY knows that I have this number so Telkom is selling them our numbers. I am not impressed.<br> I ASK VIATEK TO STOP HARASSING ME TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I NEVER ORDERED AND I DON'T INTEND TO USE EVER.
