GOODS NOT ORDERED

<p>I reiceived a call from Bianca. She informed me that the previous buyer ordered hand cleaner and that they want to send the last 4 containers to close the account. I just started working for the company and said yes send the items as i know we never order anything without purchase orders. I got a call to confirm delivery and that the gift card will be delivered. The 4 containers was delivered with the gift card. The manager then informed me that we never ordered these and that i should send it back - the gift card was also not used. They refuse to take the items back as according to them it was part of a bulk order. a bulk order never placed by us. She is very rude and argumentative. Threating to hand us over. We will not pay for these containers and they are more welcome to come collect their stuff. </p>
