Also got a call from a Viatek sales consultant who wanted to deliver a free sample of a product that he promised with clean all the dirty surfaces in and around our business and if we like it, we can order more. We have not even used the product. It is still sealed. The next moment we receive an invoice for 25 of the items which we have not even ordered. I tried to phone their offices but they were already not available by 16:10 on Friday afternoon. The email arrived just after 16:02 so just after closing time. How convenient. I have subsequently emailed them and they will not get my business.
