forced to take something i did not order

the same as prev complaint . we were phoned by viatek last year 2014 told us the cartridges will last longer . we purchased one and paid for it 6 months later got a call to say i have one on back order and need to pay asap they are sending the cartridges . we did not order 2 . because they only sell bulk . i was phoned today again by a lady that is from legal dept to say she is sending the cartridge or hand over . again i ask for the recording they say there is one but still have not received this from last year .then i asked to speak to the owner she told me she is the owner . i was so harassed i had to put down the phone . this is the same mod us operand cant believe this . cant even call then unprofessional just ******** .
