forced to make a order.

I have been ordering my cartridge on demand from viatek since 2014. My account with them is up to date, don't owe them anything. But today I got a call from a lady by the name of BIANCA, telling me that they want to close my account, but in order to do that, they have to send me 4 more toners which costs R 2099 each( which I must pay) for my account to be closed.<br> <br> I told Bianca that I didn't make that order, and it should be cancelled. She tells me that orders can not be cancelled.<br> We got in to an argument about that no cancellation for a while. She even had the nerve to call me stupid. That is very unacceptable and very rude.<br> <br> I WANT THAT ORDER CANCELLED.
