Don't buy from VIATEK ever!!

Over a period of 10 months I have been harassed to no end by these stupid bunch of Muppet's! I have spoken to at least 8 people, who all seem to be more in charge than the last one, and take full responsibility and say they will close the account and no amount of money needs to be paid - then the phone rings a month or 2 later with an overdue account and outstanding orders to be delivered! When I tell them I spoke to John/Martin/ Mrs Karoulas/Chantal - these people are conveniently not available and/ or no longer work there! And anything they promised could not be acceptable because they had no authority in the first place. When you ask for something in writing - it never comes to fruition. When you ask for the recordings they say they have (with the said \order") - they tell you that they did not record the conversation because \""no recording was requested\"".<br> So they are holding me to ransom with a recording of an order that I placed for a bulk amount of ink"
