Disgusting behaviour

When the rep from Viatek phoned to find out who supplies our ink cartridges, I asked them to remove our details from Viatek's contact database and while I was busy asking her to do that she simply hung up on me.<br> <br> EXTREMELY POOR behaviour. VERY rude. I will certainly NEVER use Viatek now!<br> <br> If you have to phone us, at least have the decency to allow us to have our company removed from your database. SPAMMING is a disgusting way of advertising.
