I received a call from Viatek offering this great toners, I was under the impression that I could test it and pay only if I am happy with it. Guess what the bill arrived for the toner which I paid then I received a call that there are back orders due, which I paid and asked numerous times that I do not want to deal with them. Another call today saying that there is a back order. Mrs Carolus confirmed that they will no longer contact me. The consultants are so damn rude and does not allow you to speak at all. They have no meaning of the word customer service. PLS PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, you will be constantly harassed. I have now given instruction to my lawyer to deal with them. One year of hell is enough.
