Can someone stop this company harassing and bullying money from consumers?

<p>Do not do business with this company.</p> <p>Viatek sells generic and original cartridges. They start out by presenting the ink in their generic cartridges as longer lasting and eco-friendly. When you buy cartridges from them they deliver the cartridges to you. They also promise you a gift card which you do receive. I never activated the gift cards and do not know if they actually do honor this promise. However, the gift cards are only there to hook you by placing some kind of manipulative “you owe us” on you. If you are lucky the product might be compatible with your printer and actually work. My last two cannon printers did not even recognize their cartridges.</p> <p> </p> <p>A few weeks later they call you again, telling you that your order for one cartridge X actually consisted of two cartridges X, and that one was delivered to you and paid for, but that you need to pay for the other one so that they can deliver it to you and 0 your "outstanding" balance. They are quit argumentative, aggressive and manipulative about this regardless whether you want to accept this or not or whether their generic cartridges worked for you or not or whether you received the cartridges or not. If their generic cartridges does not work they will try and sell "original" cartridges to you.</p> <p>Should you not be happy with their products and do not wish to further your business with them they start with the pestering and intimidating phone calls every other week. These phone calls all start off in the same manner where they thank you for your business with them and that they are sending you a gift card as a final token of appreciation. The only thing necessary for them to close your "account" and 0 the balance is that you need to pay for, and accept these last cartridges that was actually “part of your last order”. Note that this will be cartridges that you neither received nor signed for. It would also be part of an “account/balance” for which you also neither signed or app**** for and for which you did not enter into any agreement with them. Furthermore it would not matter whether you want to give them another cent of your money or not, was happy with their products or not, or had to through away their useless cartridges or not.</p> <p>I do not know how, but if there is somebody out there that can make this arrogant company stop *****ing or attempting to ***** and bully money from consumers like me and others here, you would be doing us all a favor.</p>
