Bad Service received from Viatek

<p>on the 20th April , Sharon a saleperson from Viatek dispatched Quatity of 30 to my company without no us ordering the items[no order, no qoutation, no email confirming order] , when she is contacted she wants to impose the order and i dont know why are we not allowed to return stuff that we did nt order, she was send numerous email as soon we received the material . Today 2/5/2017 she wants to say that 7days has passed therefore you must pay and the 7 days has not even passed as per invoice because she was contacted by email on the 25th april ,</p> <p> </p>
