ALL MBR'S NEVER DEAL WITH THEM!!

An employee of our company was contacted by Viatek. After being irritated into buying the goods the goods were delivered. We told them NUMEROUS TIMES that the goods need to be taken back as we are unable to use them, the order was not authorized by myself nor the owner, nor was there an official order processed! NICOLENE then became rude! When I tried to explain to her that the goods can not be used by us at this stage she refused to give me chance to speak. I kept my cool for 4 days, but today enough is enough. She kept calling to a point where I put the phone down on her THREE TIMES and she still comes back for more! She refuses to take NO for an answer, and has ruined ANY chance of having us as a big account. I have spoken with Chantel now, after my blow up from being FEDUP. THANK YOU CHANTEL FOR BEING SO PROFESSIONAL and lightening the situation with your sense of humor! I hope your company values you! PLEASE DONT TURN INTO ANOTHER NICOLENE - EVER - !!!
