I agree! Zero Stars!

I bought my tickets online - they say they will send tickets via mobile. None received. I want to sell my tickets. Sell them through us they say ... They inform me that they have a buyer, but I have to send them the tickets. Which I haven't received. They have ALL our relevant details including Order Numbers etc. Why do they need ANY more information??? They tell you the tickets have been Transferred, but transaction incomplete because you have to send the tickets. That I haven't received.

You try to contact customer services and the website just takes you in circles back and forth between the FAQ section - which doesn't help anyone.

And we wonder why they haven't responded to any of the previous complaints - they can't! They haven't even claimed their business on Hellopeter - probably another example of how inefficient their system is - they don't even know that we have a problem with their service. Oh! Sorry! LACK of service!!!
