Wrong billing - unsatisfactory reply

I've purchased two tickets for Swan Lake St Petersburg Ballet Theatre on 5 March 2020. The tickets final price was R3881. The amount that was deducted from my bank account was R4043,67. And worst of it all is that the amount printed om my tickets that I've downloaded is R390 per ticket!!!!! I have email them immediately when I noticed this problem. They've sent me an answer that had nothing to do with my question!!! I am disgusted and wants to know how am I to resolve this if they can't even answer my email correctly.
