Worst viagogo.co.za EVER!!!

I bought Rugby tickets from Viagogo, I received the incorrect tickets after being charged a ridiculous amount for a management fee and when I wanted to return the tickets I was told that I had to sell my tickets via them again and that I would lose my management fee. For them to fix their problem I had to re-buy the tickets and pay another management fee.
