WHY NOT BUY FROM THEM

Why didn't I read the reviews before buying from Viagogo? They are truly a pathetic company; how can they operate like this? I am down 400 euros, and you can't tell anyone because they blame someone else, saying you'll get your tickets at the last second, or not at all. I bought tickets and only read the reviews afterward, and immediately got scared, thinking it wouldn't happen to me, but unfortunately, this is such a problem that it's not 1 in 1000 having an issue, but 9 out of 10. Maybe you should change something, don't you think it's your problem, not your customers'? You pathetic *******, I can't say anything else about you... AVOID THEM FROM A VERY FAR DISTANCE.... BELIEVE ME...
