Viagogo/FNB

I have bought two tickets for a concert but now haven't received ticket numbers or anything. I tried to reverse the payment the moment it went through, but FNB just said they don't think they can reverse it. I have filled in forms to convince them that this is a **** non legit site but they don't seem too eager to help
