Viagogo - unimpressed!!!

I heard Russell Peter's was coming to Grand West and googled Russell Peter's Cape Town and the 1st site to appear was "ViaGogo" so I booked online and chose the seats. Then was charged with a booking fee and delivery fee! That I accepted and after receiving the "Computicket tickets" I thought to myself I should have booked through computicket and just collected.

All of that I write off to my own stupidity, we went to the show and the seats I chose were not the seats on the ticket! We had been sold seats on the last row of seats right at the back of the arena!

I went outside to turn on my phone to double check and did the same search and Viagogo was no longer the 1st site to pop up and had to Google "Viagogo" to find them ticket numbers matched the tickets but the seating plan was not longer available as I was convinced It was NOT the seats chosen by myself!

Went back to "our" seats in row Q and later saw another couple looking confused while walking to their seats, they too had booked through Viagogo and had not got the seats they booked. Before the beginning of the show the entire row Q by us had all booked through Viagogo and non of them recieved the seats they booked!

Totally unimpressed! Company just charges you money to book through computicket and make some money out of you then doesn't even supply the seats that you actually booked!!!
