VIAGOGO ****S

I booked a trip to Cape Town after I bought 3 tickets via viagogo 3 months in advance to see the The Cure concert. Everything was confirmed until 3 days to the concert when they informed me that they would not be able to deliver the tickets to the adress I provided. I had plain tickets and accommodation costs which I could not recover from them. Very disappointing and frustrating. I told my experience to a few friends in South Africa and they also had very bad encounters with Viagogo. Beware do not use this website
