VIAGOGO ****MED

February 1st decided to spoil my family with tickets to see the Rocky Horror Picture show. I googled "Rocky Horror" tickets and first site that came up: Viagogo. I proceeded to purchase four tickets thinking it's a local ticket site. The amount I was charged and the total purchase price before I checked out turned out to be almost R3000 more. I was willing to pay R1400 not R4700 for the tickets. When I received the sms from the bank after the transaction I realised I was grossly overcharged. I panicked and tried to relist the tickets, not fully knowing what it means. I never heard a word from Viagogo after I requested a refund. There are various sites and Facebook pages created by victims of Viagogo. This is not acceptable to swindle people out of their money. I demand my money back as I never received any compensation for the tickets which I never received.
