Viagogo **** website!

I was trying to find tickets for Russel Peters at Menlyn and the first results in Google was Viagogo. I went through the process of selecting tickets and on the last page it showed me confirmation of the total I need to pay. Firstly, the tickets were more than double the price of Computicket, and secondly there was a "booking fee" added that was more than R400 per ticket! That was incredibly expensive so without doing anything else further I opened up another tab in my browser to compare pricing on Computicket. While browsing Computicket I received an SMS and Email stating the funds have been paid and order confirmed. I never confirmed the order on that site and was not even on it at the time. I spoke to their support to get the transaction reversed and was told this cannot be done. I am currently in talks with FNB to get this reversed but I am just warning others about this total **** website! It's A LOT more expensive than anywhere else with hidden fees, and will just push through orders without the client confirming anything! Ridiculous to say the least!
