VIAGOGO ****

Viagogo allows people to advertise falsley on their platform as well as protect these ********s by not allowing us to contact the seller or vice versa. i have been deceived by their client whom they represent and they opt to do nothing to assist me. Viagogo is just as guilty as the client they represent. I WILL NOT USE THIS PLATFORM EVER AGAIN AND IF YOU VALUE YOUR DIGNITY YOU WONT EITHER. Viagogo is the worst company I have dealt with. They have no compassion for their clients and brush you off with their legal terms and conditions and they avoids questions and queries using legal terms. i have sent queries which were ignored because they feel that they resolved the issue by telling me that they cannot asssit.
