Viagogo ****
<p>bought tickets for the cricket and cricket SA wouldn't honor them. We were told that the company buys block tickets and resells the same tickets multiple times</p>
A very important update to this review. Viagogo responded to an message we sent them. They fully refunded the tickets as well as giving us a voucher to the value of half of the price we spent with them. Viagogo is definitely NOT a ********** company as stated by Cricket SA! They are legitimate with offices in Switzerland and they are the largest ticket sellers worldwide. Cricket SA needs to understand this and to honor the purchases. Cricket SA were definitely the ones at fault here, making false accusations.
The tickets from Viagogo are more expensive than other South African ticket sellers - but they had the last tickets and we were prepared to pay the price. Viagogo do add on booking and ticket delivery fees which also makes the price much higher. Again, if you are desperate, the tickets are available.
The customer service department handled our complaint efficiently and professionally and they even called us all the way from Switzerland to ensure we were happy with the resolution.
