Viagogo Ripoff

In my ignorance I purchased tickets for the Ireland vs SA Rugby test from Viagogo. Although I could select the 'seat block' I could not ascertain which row or seats they were. As the ticket prices ranged from R75.00 - R1000.00, the R474.00 ticket price for my seats indicated that these are decent seats. In addition to my five tickets @ R474.00 ea, I was also charged a booking fee of R505.00 and a delivery fee of R190.00. The transaction thus amounted to R3065.00. Great was my surprise when I was sent 5 x R75.00 tickets, amounting to a mere R375.00 !!!!! Row 1 !!!! My many attempts to query this seemed helpless . When searching the web, the "Viagogo" page consistently came up first, trading in 60 countries, providing choice, convenience and consumer protection...bla di bla di bla ...It seemed like a very professional website.

The public should be made aware that this site is a ticket 'marketplace' that DECEIVES, and potential purchasers are MISLED into thinking that the price of the ticket is the worth of the ticket. There is NO TRANSPARENCY in the transaction !! Upon researching public networks after my dissapointment I realized that I am but one of many ******** people that was conned !!! I would never use this site again !!!!
