Viagogo not just horrible but **********

Worse experience ever. Company said they would refund my money after 8 working days since Feb 28, i have still not heard back from them and cannot get through to them to dispute this situation, furthermore, the company deducted an additional amount the next day (no reason) without my approval which is obviously ********** activity.
