Viagogo not a reliable website

I purchased tickets on viagogo for J Cole concert which is in December,when I logged in the app I see the tickets were purchased but written cancelled next to them.i tried to complain about the issue,their consultants said the money was never authorized by my bank,but the money was debited from my account and I have prove from the bank.i regret purchasing from this website it's a ****!!!!
