VIAGOGO - NEVER AGAIN!!!

DO NOT USE VIAGOGO!!! (Order number ***) I recently bought tickets on Viagogo. I did not have visibility on the exact seats before I paid and when I received my tickets via email I realised that I paid 168% more than the original selling price! And it was the worse seats! I would never have bought the tickets if I knew the row and seat numbers. In their terms and conditions the seller needs to indicate the details of the seats. Even though this was not the case, they are refusing to refund me and wants me to resell the tickets!!! If I am honest and put on the details of the seats, I will never be able to sell them for the price I paid. I had to buy tickets from the official website to get seats that I wanted. I am so disappointed in how their reselling practices are taking advantage of consumers.
