Viagogo needs to GO

They dont deserve any stars. Never ever buy anything through Viagogo. Never. You cannot cancel your tickets. They charge R300 per ticket handling fee. I paid 4 times the face value of the ticket and I think they somehow blocked me trying to buy through computicket. I know I was a bit stupid, but believe me, the psychology on that site is pretty powerful. They did answer my email asking for a refund, just saying that they could not refund me and I hope I understand. All other sites do refunds - it is not clear at all why they cannot refund. Disgusting. I was a bit silly I know, but the psychology that they use on that site is pretty powerful.
