VIAGOGO Let Down

Hi there, We were really excited to buy tickets for our very first international game based in wellington, specifically for my fiances birthday, the Springbucks vs. All Blacks. Once we have bought the tickets from VIAGOGO it stated that we will only be receiving our tickets a week before, which naturally raised some concerns. After a little homework, not knowing better, it has come to our attention that VIAGOGO advertising selling these tickets might be a ****, and have been in several cases. We bought two tickets for $323.36 and it really is just heart breaking having to have lost that money. We have recently arrived in Auckland, and even if we are to receive the tickets a week before, there is no indication to whether they are legit. This potentially means that traveling costs and accommodation will be increasingly more as we can not arrange for it until we will/will not receive it. It potentially also mean should we be traveling to Wellington if we do receive them that it might not be legit.

This is beyond frustrating. And is most definitely not constitutional at all. I am not sure how this too s allowed by the all blacks official site too. It really is disheartening.
