VIAGOGO IS AWFUL

Awful experience with Viagogo. They said that I had a buyer for a ticket, even though I was not notified that a ticket was selling. They then deducted R855 saying that I had not uploaded the ticket. Non-refundable even after going through numerous agents who all said something different. I felt it was a **** the entire experience. Then I get a buyer for two tickets and I transfer the tickets. By the date of the concert the 'buyer' still had not accepted the tickets. Apparently he was notified by Viagogo that he must accept the tickets. The buyer never showed up at the concert. Now is the wait to see if I get the payment for the tickets I sold. I will never use their 'services' ever again. What a lot of drama, no tickets to upload/download so I could not send a ticket to a buyer and I am charged for their incompetence. Then I was told my ticket sold and that I could not go to the concert. 20th agent then tells me that I do have a ticket. By the time I got to the concert I had no idea if I could get in or not. I begged them to help me. I demanded my R855 back but was told 'no'. NEVER AGAIN!!!
