Viagogo is an international *****ulent **** operation

Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest you can rate, I'd prefer to rate 0 star. Viagogo is a ****. I bought tickets for a baseball match in Japan. Money deducted from my credit card and QR code sent to my email for printing out as paper ticket. The next day an email to say "sorry these tickets are no longer available. Do you want a Viagogo credit or a refund to your credit card." No other explaination. Two days later my credit card is credited, but minus R250 "handling fee". I subsequently learnt that this is the modus operandi - sell tickets for events they cannot honour, refund the money minus bogus/hidden fees. Viagogo never intends to get you the tickets they sell you, they make their money on the fee deductions. Lesson learnt, do your research before trusting these types of sites.
