Viagogo is a ********** ****, being sued globally but they will still **** you with pleasure while they can

Viagogo are a complete ****.

They go to great lengths to advertise that they have tickets to an event. Pretend that the tickets are in limited supply and give you a count-down timer for you to quickly check-out so you dont lose your tickets. They then hide all sorts of fees that doubles the cost of the tickets they advertised which is *****.

They take you money (double the normal price) then they don't even send them !!! They thank you for your ORDER and promise they will send the tickets when they find a Seller. ***? Then suddenly you are bound to their Terms and Conditions never presented, which says you can't cancel the Order.

How is it that they can charge and not fuflil and then claim that they can't cancel the transaction that they have not fulfilled. To top it all, they then have the complete gaul to claim "They are not party to the Transaction" and cannot be held responsible if the Seller does not send the tickets.

They are a ****. Globally: The UK, French, Australian, New Zealand, Ireland and now even FIFA have laid ******** charges against them. Google is taking their ad money or no-one would find them - Google are thus aiding and abetting a ********** business. Visa and MasterCard need to do something about these ********** merchants ... then again, Visa and Mastercard make more money on ***** and ***** chargeback processing fees so why would they give a continental ? Correct, Visa and MasterCard don't care so ... I am just hoping you find this before you ****med : )
