ViaGoGo is a company full of ********!

I am absolutely disgusted in the way this company conducts its business! My father who is a huge Sharks fan was trying to buy tickets and found that ViaGoGo was the only company selling tickets to the final (he is elderly and not computer literate). He followed the website to buy tickets where they continuously pushed him to buy his tickets as they were running out and only two tickets left. Eventually he bought the tickets being the only ones left in the standing section at R899 per ticket! He was also then charged delivery fee for each of the rickets at R250 each even though the tickets are going to the same place!

He found out after he bought the ticket that they weren't even on sale yet and that this company presells tickets before they even go on sale and hike up the price by 9x the normal price!

He paid R899 for standing tickets Actual ticket price is R100

He also paid R500 for delivery!

This is absolute theft and is disgusting!

There is no contact number on the ViaGoGo website as they know they will get complaint after complaint!

Be careful of these ********!
