Viagogo is a certain NO-NO!!!! Do not purchase tickets from them.

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM VIAGOGO! DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER. I bought tickets for the Springbok vs Italy match at Loftus through Viagogo (it was the first time I ever purchased tickets for a rugby match, I had not read the reviews or indications not to buy from Viagogo). It was indicated that I would receive an email from them on the day of the event to be able to get my tickets. An hour before the match (standing in front of Loftus with 2 excited kids) I still had not received the tickets. There is no direct communication medium with Viagogo. On the website I "spoke" to a Karen, who indicated that my tickets had not been released, and I will therefore not have tickets for the event. I received an email that I would be refunded (so glad I have proof on black and white). Till today no refund. (And when we cancelled our purchase, I received an email from Chris at Viagogo that tickets have just become available...what!). We went and purchased from Ticketmaster before the match. In other words, at the end of the day we paid R14 000 for the tickets. Viagogo is a NO GO. I cannot understand (after reading reviews and personal experience) that this company still operates.
