Viagogo ***** and theft

Online ticket purchase. I bought tickets through them and paid 200% more than the normal price. They made a misrepresentation when they said that less than 1% of the tickets are left. This prompted me to buy the tickets. It turned out that more than 50% tickets were still a available and Loftus wasn’t booked out as they represented to me. This is ***** and theft. I’ve tried to contact them and keep on receiving outomated messages. It appears to me they thrive on misrepresenting themselves to people in order to sell tickets. This should be stopped but I cannot get to speak to any one about this.
