Viagogo de*****ing ticket buyers

The ticket selling company is a ********** company de*****ing ticket buyers of their hard earned money. I bought a ticket for Kirstenbosch Summer concerts after I was redirected to thier website when searching for the concert. I was charged R540, 14c online purchase for one ticket . The legal ticket seller wich is Webtickets sell the tickets for only R260. When I got the email from Viagogo with the ticket. It had someone else's name on it. I then enquired from Webtickets using the reference number on the ticket. I was told by Webtickets that this is an ongoing ***** done by Viagogo. They create **** profiles and buy tickets from Webtickets. They then sell the same ticket to 5 and more people for double the price. So when one gets to the venue, you might not be allowed because someone else might also have been sold the same ticket. I have logged a ***** incident with the bank in tying to get my money back.
