Viagogo Concert Tickets Imagine Dragons South Africa - *****, no tickets and no refund

I have bought Imagine Dragon tickets for their show in SA on the 4th Feb. Payment was made on the 25/01/2023 of R1853.45. They send me an email to transfer the tickets on Ticket Master. When i click the link, it said, Sender has cancelled the transfer. I have been struggling since then to get my tickets or a refund, and if I do find some correspondence, it's always the same. We are looking into it. They have no direct email or if you call the numbers no one answers. They promise on their website, its guaranteed, but it is all a lie or a ****!!! I would not refer any one to order Concert tickets from this website. They have ****** my money, and are keeping me hanging, hoping I would get stay calm, but with no real answers. The concert is this weekend, and nothing. just empty promises of looking into the problem, THis in my opinion is *****, and I will open a case. The other reviews of them are the same as mine, Im just angry I didn't read the reviews before buying the tickets.
