VIAGOGO - BIGGEST ****STERS AND *****STERS!

Put up an SA v Barbarians ticket for sale - transferred to buyer from TicketMaster. Got confirmation from Viagogo that all good and payment will be made to me in 5-8 business days. Then... Oh no, incorrect ticket provided to buyer so transaction cancelled, you now pay! What absolute bull^*&%! I have irrefutable proof that the correct ticket was transferred to the buyer. Do you think they can prove that the buyer received the incorrect ticket from me? I didn't use it - the buyer and Viagogo have clearly pulled a fast one. I had to pay again for the same ticket - R2500 initial purchase and R2500 to Viagogo because they are *****sters!! What am I paying them for????????? They take 5-8 days to pay you but debit you within seconds and now my dispute will take 30-45 days to resolve via email!!!!!! You can't even talk to a human being. Why? BECAUSE they only communicate via Chatbots or email. Why? Because if you actually could speak to a human being then their game would be up. ****STERS DELUXE! Stay away at all costs!!!!!!!
