Viagogo Bad Services - No service

I've purchased tickets fron Viagogo and received them now, 2 days after the event (Monster Jam)

My tickets just arrived via the courier services, Amerex – TWO DAYS after the event. Amarex in turn, received it the evening before the event (3 days ago) and do not deliver on Saturdays. Ive paid for these tickets in February already – leaving > 3 months for Viagogo to arrange for timely delivery of the tickets to me. Can't get a hold of them to arrange for my Refund, as this tickets is no use now!

Never buy from VIAGOGO they do not deliver items on time.
