Viagogo are *******!

When purchasing the tickets, I selected a R485 set which in fact was a R150 ticket. On top of this they charge bookingfees, etc and in I’ve paid R1550 for two tickets valued at R300. So I am ending up with the worse seats in the venue, but in the mean while I have paid a lot more than the most expensive seats in the venue.

Viagogo epitomises everything that is wrong with the morality in this world. 500% overcharge on something you are unaware of on face value at time and ZERO customer service. They should not be allowed to do business.

Please do not ever use them, there is no customer experience in the delivery of service and the markup is just a TOTAL ripoff. They are *******!
