Viagogo - an online sales platform not to be trusted

Viagogo has sold my tickets months ago. They instructed me to even pay for their overseas courier fees and thereafter they refused to pay. This is their advertising: "We're the world’s largest secondary marketplace for tickets to live events. All tickets are fully protected by our guarantee." Do not trust them, although they claim to be a fair! See their court case in Australia which they lost! There is also lots of footage in the internet of people who complained or reported about their negative experience.
