Viagogo-A Bunch of ****mers

If it were possible, I'd actually give them a rating of -5 Stars.

I bought 4 tickets to the Andy Narell show at the Pretoria Botanical Gardens which were overpriced by 650%. Their excuse was that they're merely a platform for buyers and sellers.

My view is that they should actually have some measure in place that regulates the reselling price of tickets and that's if there are actually resellers in the first place.

The other red flag for me is that when I asked for a customer support email address they merely instructed me to either call them or go to their website and search under help center for further assistance. They basically don't have a formal structure for the resolution of customer complaints.

Avoid Viagogo at all costs, no sense of business integrity whatsoever. 🤞🏿
