Viagogo

I am very disappointed with my experience first of all you cannot contact them directly and for a business that people spend a lot of money with it is not fair. I have bought tickets to the Elton John Concert at Mt Smart on the 18th of Feb 2020 due to unfortunate circumstances the concert is delayed by one day but I cannot attend on that day . The official website has said that if you cannot make it they will refund you but Viagogo are saying they will try and resell the tickets which is almost impossible,I would like my mone to be refunded.
