DO NOT PURCHASE ANY TICKETS FROM VIAGOGO!!! THIS IS A WARNING!!!! Purchased 2 tickets for R449 (FOR MONSTER JAM) each still paid a delivery fee, postage fee total equating to R1336 without complaint only for the tickets to be delivered and were the R150 tickets which i could have purchased for R150 each from Computicket!!! Viagogo *****s from their clients and when logging a customer complaint i get a response back stating i will get a call within 24 hours and yet again i get an email from them stating THEY ARE HAPPY TO REPORT THE TICKETS ARE IN ORDER AND I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR!!!!!! NOWHERE ON THE BOOKING FORM OR CONFIRMATION WHICH I HAVE PRINTS OUTS DID IT DECLARE THAT I WOULD BE GETTING THE CHEAP TICKETS, PAYING FOR DELIVERY, SHIPPING ETC. They keep quoting they are the 2nd largest secondary marketplace for tickets, no wonder why, they ***** their clients money!!!!! All our tickets are protected by our guarantee, what guarantee, to ***** your money! Which idiot would knowingly would pay more than 4 times more for tickets they can purchase from a reputable TRUSTWORTHY ticket sales provider ie. Computicket!! Im appauld and the fact that they think its ok tells me exactly the kind of organisation we are dealing with. They do not care about the customers only about how much money they can make from them. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I UTILISE THIS COMPANY AND YOU SHOULD NOT TOO! RATHER STAY WITH COMPUTICKET I HAVE DEALT WITH THEM 100 TIMES OVER AND NEVER EVER HAD AN ISSUE.
