Total **** and ripoff

<p>I bought tickets for a stadium show in Cape Town. The site prompts you that the tickets are selling fast, which is in fact a lie ( i bought the tickets 6 months ago and there are still tickets available) </p> <p>They charge a ridiculous service fee, which gets added right at the end.</p> <p>They guarentee cheap tickets, when in fact their tickets are more expensive.</p> <p>They guarenteed delivery, only to change it a few weeks before the event. I now have to pick up the tickets in person from the event, and i have no way of getting there as I am i JHB.</p> <p>They say you can change the ticket name associated with the ticket, but there is no way of doin it on the site.</p> <p>They do not have a single contact detail or email address on the site</p> <p>I have just lost R3400 on tickets i cannot use.. i am very angry and frustrated</p>
