Tickets not Valid

We purchased tickets for cricket today at St Georges Park and now the tickets are not valid according to the venue. Upon contacting Viagogo they say we must resell the tickets, so making the problem someone else's, how can one do that knowing they not valid. I just want to inform others not to purchase tickets from this site for anything.
