Ticket Marketplace Warning

I purchased 6 rugby tickets for the upcoming Loftus test between the Springboks and the All Blacks through Viagogo. Upon receipt of the tickets I noticed that the value of the tickets are R580 per ticket for which they charged me R1217 per ticket. On top of that they charged me a further R350 per ticket booking fee that took the price per ticket to R1567. On top of that they charged me a further R11 per ticket handling fee that meant that I paid R1578 per ticket, R998 more for a ticket that is worth only R580. Yes they will say that it is all provided for in the fine print of the order but I still submit that profit is one ting, but that it is an absolute disgrace to do business in this way and to let people pay more than double than the true value of the item that they are purchasing. I would therefore like to warn the public out there to very careful in using this particular ticket market place, known as Viagogo for the purchasing of any event tickets on line.
