Third party ticket sellers - don't get **********

Be aware that Kirstenbosch summer concert tickets bought through this site cost multiples of the actual value of the ticket. I fell prey when I thought I was buying from a vendor authorised by Kirstenbosch, as they were the first website that a Google search for ticket sales yielded. Tickets were priced at more than double the face value of the ticket ( I paid R584 for tickets worth R260) , however I was not to know this until after payment. I immediately contacted Viagogo via email to abort the purchase, but received no reply. When I contacted Webtickets after purchase, I received this reply: "Webtickets does not support tickets purchased from third parties... These tickets are Webtickets tickets however, we cannot guarantee the validity of these tickets. Viagogo has a tendency of reselling the same tickets to different customers. We cannot guarantee that you will have access into the venue once they scan those tickets."
